Room 104 is a showcase classroom in the School of Concrete and Construction Management building (SCCM)., SCCM and Interior Architecture have (and will) make use of SCCM 104, Additionally, numerous meetings and events (MTSU Board of Trustees, CIM Patrons, Blue Raider Athletic Association and SCCM Socials) use this space for meetings and promotion. Users of SCCM 104 typically require the use of currently installed "Master Classroom" technology projected on two 86-inch monitors with no additional sources for projection, Currently the same video feed is projected on both monitors - participants see the same thing side by side. It the current configuration, it is difficult for participants in the back half of the classroom to effectively see and understand material that is presented. Participants form each of the stakeholder groups above have mentioned the difficulty in seeing the material presented. This request is submitted to replace the two existing monitors (only 1 feed) with one much larger screen (~15 ft by 4.5 ft) that will allow effective communication with the entire classroom - regardless of the event being held. This should provide a better experience for students
