Justin Hart is a visionary NAACP Image
Award-winning and Emmy-nominated
TV producer with a passion for crafting
compelling, culture-shaping content. With
over 12 years in the entertainment industry,
he has played a pivotal role in producing
acclaimed television projects, including
Iyanla: Fix My Life, E! News Daily Pop, and
The Real. Most recently, Justin created and
produced the PBS series Fatherhood, which
earned an Emmy nomination for its powerful
storytelling and representation of Black
fatherhood. He also helped launch hit shows
on FOX Entertainment’s streaming platforms like Fox Soul’s Black Report, winner
of the 2021 Rhonesha Byng Award, as well as Cocktails with Queens and Tea-G-I-F,
two of the platform’s highest-rated programs.
As CEO of Oak95 Productions Inc., Hart developed groundbreaking programming
that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. Beyond television,
Hart is the founder of Black Men Crowned, a Memphis-based nonprofit that
celebrates and uplifts Black men through community-driven initiatives. His work
with Black Men Crowned has been spotlighted on The Kelly Clarkson Show, where
he was recognized as a “Rad Human” for his dedication to empowering others.
Hart is an adjunct professor of Digital Media Practices at his alma mater, Middle
Tennessee State University, mentoring and guiding aspiring storytellers.
